Masaya Onosaka is a Japanese voice actor and singer from Osaka, Japan, born on October 13, 1964. He has built a career in the seiyuu field, working across anime voice acting, drama CDs, games, and character-related music, which places him within Japan’s long-running cross-media voice actor tradition.
As a singer, Onosaka is also part of the seiyuu-singer scene, where performers extend voice acting work into music projects. His career has continued beyond animation: in January 2026, he appeared in the special drama 119 as one of the voices of callers, and in June 2026 he was announced for Jisoku 246’s independent memorial performance Labiton alongside Ryotaro Okiayu and others.
