Masami Mitsuoka (光岡昌美, born August 14, 1986) is a Japanese j-pop singer from Toyota, Aichi Prefecture. She debuted in 2005 as MASAMI in the girl group Sister Q. The group disbanded in October 2006.
After leaving Sister Q, she signed with Pony Canyon and began her solo career under her real name. She released four singles, including "Hana" (2007), "Distance/I am,届..." and "Last Cross". "Hana" was used as the ending theme for Blue Dragon, and "Last Cross" was the opening theme for "Katekyou Hitman Reborn!".
In 2009, she moved to Nippon Crown and adopted the name Mizca. Under that name, she released the digital single "Robotics" and the single "キラキラ☆". In September 2010, she gave her first overseas live performance at Taipei THE WALL LIVEHOUSE.
She resumed activities as Masami Mitsuoka on October 14, 2011. In 2013, she returned to a major label through King Records with the digital single "虹色の花". That same year, she held her first one-man live at Shibuya O-WEST to mark the fifth anniversary of her debut.
