little by little

little by little is a Japanese j-pop and pop rock duo from Japan, formed in 2003 by hideco and 田中裕基. Signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan, the group took its name from the Oasis song "Little by Little." Their music combines melodic songwriting, clear vocal lines, and guitar-driven arrangements. In the early 2000s, they reached a wider audience through anime work. The duo became closely associated with Naruto through "Kanashimi wo Yasashisa ni (悲しみをやさしさに)," an opening theme for the series, and "KIMI MONOGATARI (キミモノガタリ)," an ending theme for Naruto. They also performed "Love & Peace" for Superior Defender Gundam Force and "Hummingbird" for Yakitate!! Japan, linking little by little with the anime song scene alongside their work as a pop rock act.
