Keisuke Koumoto (河本啓佑, born November 18, 1986) is a Japanese voice actor from Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with Production Ace. While he was in high school, he initially planned to study law and become a lawyer, but he decided to pursue voice acting after watching Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. He trained in the voice actor and talent department at the Osaka campus of Amusement Media Academy and worked as a newspaper scholarship student during that period.
In July 2007, Koumoto joined Boy's Beat. He was affiliated with Aoni Production as a junior member until December 2010, then worked as a freelancer before later joining Production Ace. His first leading role in a television anime came in 2013. In anime music, he performed "Prince×Prince," the OP of "Watashi ga Motete Dousunda."
