HTT (Houkago Tea Time)

HTT (Houkago Tea Time) is a fictional Japanese rock band from the K-On! franchise and the main group at the center of the series. Introduced in the 2009 anime, it represents the light music club at Sakuragaoka High School and is built around the five main characters Yui Hirasawa, Mio Akiyama, Ritsu Tainaka, Tsumugi Kotobuki, and Azusa Nakano. Its music blends pop rock with school-life energy and character-song appeal, and its songs are tied closely to the personalities of its members. Within K-On!, HTT performed the opening themes "GO! GO! MANIAC", "Utauyo!! MIRACLE", and "Ichiban Ippai (いちばんいっぱい)". It also performed the ending themes "Listen!!", "NO,Thank You!", and "Singing!". These recordings define much of the franchise's musical identity and extend its appeal beyond the anime itself by translating the humor and warmth of the series into music.
