Conton Candy is a Japanese pop rock band formed on June 19, 2018. The group is built around Tsumugi (vocals, guitar), Fuuka (bass), and Sayaka (drums), giving the band a compact three-piece setup with guitar, bass, and drums at the center of its sound.
The band’s earlier history also included vocalist Ririka Yamamoto, an important part of Conton Candy’s formation before the current trio took shape. With that evolution, Conton Candy has developed a clear identity as a direct, guitar-driven group that listeners often encounter through anime-related releases. In 2025, the band shared the music video for the opening song from Touring After the Apocalypse, and in 2026 music videos tied to Medalist Season 2’s opening and ending songs were streamed, reinforcing its presence in the anime music scene.
