Yuukoku no Moriarty

Moriarty the Patriot is set in late 19th-century Great Britain, a nation whose power and prestige conceal a rigid social hierarchy that assigns human worth by status and wealth. Beneath the splendor of the empire, the aristocracy stands at the top while the working class is kept trapped below, with little hope of ever rising through the ranks. At the center of that world is William James Moriarty, the second son of the Moriarty household. Publicly, he lives as a regular noble and serves as a consultant for the common folk, using his intelligence to listen to their troubles and help solve them. Privately, however, William is driven by a determination to destroy the corrupt structure that dominates British society and protects those who benefit from it. Working alongside his brothers Albert and Louis, William is willing to do whatever it takes to change the filthy world he inhabits, even if blood must be spilled along the way. As his plans unfold, the series follows the clash between his vision of justice and the brutal cost of trying to remake an unjust empire.
