Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san

Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san centers on Yuragi-sou, a former hot springs inn turned boarding house with absurdly cheap rent and only a handful of peculiar residents. The place has earned a fearsome reputation as well: rumor says a vile ghost haunts the building and drives away anyone who tries to stay there. That makes it the perfect refuge for Fuyuzora Kogarashi, a broke, homeless psychic who needs an affordable roof over his head and a ghost to exorcise. When Kogarashi finally confronts the supposed spirit, he discovers that the truth is far less sinister than the rumors. The ghost is Yuuna, a beautiful, silver-haired girl whose only memory from before her death is her name. Even more baffling, the other tenants of Yuragi-sou can also see Yuuna, and each of them has their own supernatural ability, turning the boarding house into a constant source of strange incidents and chaotic misunderstandings. As Kogarashi settles in with his quirky fellow residents, he starts searching for the regret that keeps Yuuna tied to the world of the living. Until he uncovers it, she risks remaining an evil spirit forever, condemned to spend her afterlife in hell.
