Senyuu.

Senyuu. unfolds in a fantasy world that once lived under the shadow of the demon lord Rchimedes, until the legendary hero Creasion sealed him away a thousand years ago. Now, after centuries of uneasy peace, a strange hole opens between the demon and human realms and demons begin spilling into the human world again. Fearing that Rchimedes is returning, a human king launches a frantic search for Creasion's bloodline and summons all 75 possible descendants, even though time has blurred every record and it is impossible to know which, if any, are truly related to the hero. Among those candidates is Alba Frühling, an earnest young adventurer who wants nothing more than to become the hero the kingdom needs. He is assigned Ross, a gifted soldier who should serve as a dependable escort and guide, but instead proves sarcastic, sadistic, and delighted by Alba's misery. As the pair travel through a world of absurd dangers and bizarre encounters, they cross paths with eccentric allies, dangerous enemies, and impossible situations that push their quest far beyond a simple search for a savior. Balancing slapstick comedy with fantasy adventure, Senyuu. follows Alba and Ross as they struggle to save a world that may not be ready for them.
