Satsuriku no Tenshi takes place inside a sealed, abandoned building where 13-year-old Rachel Gardner wakes in the basement with dead, lifeless eyes and a single wish: to die. While searching for a way out, she stumbles across a bandaged murderer named Zack—Isaac Foster—who is trying to escape the same nightmare.
