Sailor Moon

In Sailor Moon, Usagi Tsukino is a clumsy, good-hearted student whose life changes when a black cat named Luna reveals that she is destined to become Sailor Moon, a guardian chosen to protect the Earth. With a transformation brooch and a growing sense of responsibility, Usagi is pulled into a hidden war against the Dark Kingdom, whose monsters steal energy from ordinary people while Queen Beryl searches for the Legendary Silver Crystal. Across the franchise, Usagi learns to stand beside the other Sailor Guardians, each tied to a planet and to the same ancient mission. Together they search for the lost princess of the Moon Kingdom, defend their friends and their city, and face enemies whose ambitions grow from local attacks to battles that threaten the Solar System itself. The series mixes school comedy, romance, and cosmic fantasy, turning everyday teenage life into a stage for heroism. Sailor Moon is also famous for its opening themes, especially Moonlight Densetsu and Sailor Star Song, which helped define the show's identity for fans around the world.
