Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? turns the cramped Room 106 of Corona House into the center of a strange tug-of-war. After Koutarou Satomi's father is suddenly relocated for work, the first-year high school student is forced to find a place of his own and seizes the chance to rent the tiny apartment for only five thousand yen a month. The bargain seems perfect until, while working a part-time job, he stumbles upon a mysterious cave that links his new home to a far stranger conflict. The next night, Koutarou is confronted by a lineup of visitors who all claim the room as their own. Sanae Higashihongan appears as a ghost haunting the apartment, Yurika arrives as a magical girl, Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe declares herself an alien princess, and Kiriha Kurano shows up as a direct descendant of the Earth People. Each of them needs the apartment for reasons of her own, and none of them is willing to give up ground without a fight. What follows is a comedic battle royale set inside a six-tatami mat room, where supernatural rivalry, romantic high school hijinks, and the unexpectedly cordial landlady keep escalating the chaos around Koutarou's new life.
