Please Twins! centers on Maiku Kamishiro, a young programmer who has never been able to piece together his own past. The only clue he has is an old photograph of two children, a boy and a girl, playing in a small pool beside a blue house. Drawn in by that fragment of memory, he moves into the house and tries to build a quiet routine there while searching for the family he never knew.
That fragile calm changes when two very different girls arrive at his door, each carrying the same photograph and each claiming to be his twin. With no immediate way to prove who belongs to his past and who is caught in the same mystery, Maiku lets both of them stay in the blue house until the truth can be uncovered. As the three of them share the same roof, the story becomes less about solving a puzzle quickly than about living with uncertainty. Trust, identity, and the need to belong shape every interaction, turning the house into an intimate space where Maiku’s search for answers also becomes a search for connection.
