Otaku ni Yasashii Gal wa Inai!?

Otaku ni Yasashii Gal wa Inai!? centers on Takuya Seo, an otaku whose seat behind the popular gals Ijichi and Amane slowly turns an ordinary classroom into common ground between two social worlds that rarely overlap. What begins as a small accident involving a borrowed eraser brings him into closer contact with the girls he assumed he would never connect with, and the distance between their circles starts to shrink in small, surprising ways. One day, when Takuya blurts out that he loves a certain anime, Amane immediately corrects him, astonishing him with how thoroughly she knows the series. She insists that she is not a fan, but every detail in her reaction suggests otherwise. That awkward exchange becomes the spark for a quieter kind of story, one built less on grand drama than on curiosity, misunderstanding, and the slow earning of trust. As everyday school life continues, Takuya and the gyaru girls around him keep discovering that shared interests can appear in the most unlikely places, and that even the widest social gaps can narrow when people are willing to listen to each other.
