Okusama ga Seitokaichou!

Okusama ga Seitokaichou! follows Hayato Izumi, a reserved high school student whose run for student council president is derailed by his charismatic rival, Ui Wakana. Ui pushes for a more open conversation about love and sex education at school, and when Hayato loses the election, he is left serving as vice president instead. The biggest shock, though, comes when Ui reveals that their parents have arranged for her to move in with him as his wife.
