Kore wa Zombie desu ka?

Kore wa Zombie desu ka? follows Ayumu Aikawa, an ordinary high school student whose life ends when he is murdered while investigating a strange house. He returns as a zombie through the power of Eucliwood Hellscythe, a necromancer whose silence and strength make her as unsettling as the supernatural world around her. Now immortal but still trying to understand what he has become, Ayumu is forced to keep moving through a life where school routines, magic, and necromancy collide at every turn. His situation grows even more chaotic when he meets Haruna, a chainsaw-wielding magical girl, and a string of other eccentric allies whose attempts to help often only make matters worse. As Ayumu searches for the truth behind his death, he is drawn into absurd demands, dangerous battles, and the rising threat of the Megalo, monsters that endanger the human world. Mixing action, slapstick comedy, and fantasy, the franchise turns ordinary daily life into a bizarre supernatural struggle, with Ayumu trying to stay alive, uncover what happened to him, and endure a reality that becomes stranger with every new conflict.
