Kono Kaisha ni Suki na Hito ga Imasu centers on Yui Mitsuya and Masugu Tateishi, two coworkers who seem to bicker constantly at the office. In reality, they are dating, and the biggest challenge is not their feelings but the risk of being exposed by the very people they work with every day. To protect their professional routine, Yui and Masugu deliberately exaggerate their friction in public, turning every meeting, hallway encounter, and casual exchange into part of the act. The longer they keep up the charade, the more complicated their daily lives become. Awkward situations and close calls steadily pile up, forcing them to improvise while staying one step ahead of suspicious colleagues.
