Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon

In Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon, the stoic programmer Kobayashi sets off for another day of work and opens her apartment door to an unusually frightening sight: the head of a dragon staring at her from across the balcony. The creature immediately transforms into a cute, busty, energetic young girl in a maid outfit who introduces herself as Tooru. Kobayashi had met the dragon on a drunken excursion to the mountains the previous night and, finding that the mythical beast had nowhere else to go, offered her a place to stay. Tooru arrives ready to cash in on that promise by serving as Kobayashi's personal maidservant, and although Kobayashi is deeply regretful and hesitant to follow through, a mix of guilt and Tooru's incredible dragon abilities convinces her to let the arrangement stand. What begins as an absurd domestic setup expands into a franchise about everyday life shared by humans and dragons. Tooru is extremely efficient, but her unorthodox housekeeping methods often horrify Kobayashi and create as much trouble as help, while the reasons for her arrival on Earth carry heavy emotions and painful memories. Her presence also draws other mythical beings into Kobayashi's orbit, including Kanna Kamui, Fafnir, Elma, Quetzalcoatl, and their human acquaintances Makoto Takiya, Riko Saikawa, and Shouta Magatsuchi. Between office routines, school life, magical disputes, and apartment comedy, the series follows a growing found family whose warmth is constantly interrupted by the occasional supernatural disaster.
