Knight's & Magic follows Tsubasa Kurata, a modern Japanese otaku who dies in a car accident and is reborn in the Fremmevilla Kingdom as Ernesti Echevarria, a child of nobility with extraordinary magical talent. He finds himself in a world where Silhouette Knights, towering machines powered by magic, stand between civilization and the demonic beasts that threaten it, making engineering, combat, and sorcery inseparable parts of everyday survival.
Instead of accepting the life expected of him, Ernesti becomes fascinated by the design and hidden potential of these mechs. At Royal Laihaila Academy, where young men and women train to pilot Silhouette Knights and defend the kingdom from demonic and human threats, he studies magic, engineering, and knightcraft with one impossible goal: to build his own Silhouette Knight, something no one has achieved for centuries. Working alongside the twins Adeltrud and Archid Olter, Ernesti keeps pushing beyond the limits others accept, and his relentless experimentation begins to change what the people around him believe these machines can do.
