Kimi to Boku. follows four childhood friends in their second year at Homare High School: the kind and cheerful Shun Matsuoka, the hot-tempered Kaname Tsukahara, and the Asaba twins, gentle Yuuta and lazy Yuuki. Their familiar routine changes when Chizuru Tachibana, a lively transfer student with a talent for turning ordinary situations upside down, joins their circle. His creative yet troublesome ideas pull the group into small adventures, awkward misunderstandings, and the kind of everyday chaos that makes school life memorable.
Set against the quiet rhythms of homerooms, club time, and after-school hangouts, the series focuses on friendship, banter, and the subtle ways people grow closer over time. As the boys spend more time together, they begin to notice each other’s strengths, quirks, and insecurities, while learning more about themselves in the process. Light, warm, and character-driven, Kimi to Boku. captures the comfort and friction of adolescence through the bond shared by Shun Matsuoka, Kaname Tsukahara, Yuuta and Yuuki Asaba, and Chizuru Tachibana.
