Hello World

Hello World is set in Kyoto in 2027, a city where rapid technological progress has reshaped everyday life. Naomi Katagaki is a shy, introverted student who shares a classroom with Ruri Ichigyou, a girl known for her cold, blunt manner. Despite their distance, they discover a quiet connection through their shared love of reading, and Naomi’s feelings for her begin to grow even as he struggles to speak up. That fragile possibility changes when Naomi sees a crimson aurora split the sky and is soon confronted by a three-legged crow and a mysterious hooded man. The stranger reveals an impossible truth: he is Naomi from ten years in the future, and he has come back to prevent a tragedy that will strike Ruri soon after the two start dating. Naomi initially doubts the warning, but he gradually follows the older version of himself and starts moving closer to Ruri. As their bond deepens, Naomi is forced to face whether the future can be rewritten at all.
