Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?

In Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?, Kokoa Hoto arrives in a new town to attend high school while living with the Kafuu family. Full of energy and eager to make friends, she quickly bonds with Chino Kafuu, the shy and precocious granddaughter of Rabbit House’s founder, who is often accompanied by the talking rabbit Tippy perched on her head. To help pay for room and board, Kokoa begins working as a waitress at Rabbit House, where her everyday life expands into a circle of gentle absurdity and warmhearted rivalry. She grows close to Rize Tedeza, another part-timer whose unusual behavior and impressive physical abilities reflect her military upbringing; Chiya Ujimatsu, a waitress from a rival cafe who moves through life at her own pace; and Sharo Kirima, a girl from a different cafe who carries herself like a noblewoman despite being impoverished. The series follows these five young women as they navigate school, work, and the small comforts of their town, mixing fluffy comedy, coffee-shop charm, and quiet friendship into a cozy slice-of-life story.
